    Responsibilities

    Responsible for providing phone, email, web, and in-person support to users in the areas of e-mail, directories, computer operating systems, desktop applications for all types of computer systems, and applications developed or deployed under this contract. Serve as the first point of contact for troubleshooting hardware/software, all types of computer systems, and printer problems.

    Qualifications

    • Active SECRET clearance
    • One to three (1-3) years of increasingly complex and progressive experience with complex, distributed, heterogeneous computing environments, which may involve different types of hardware platforms, operating systems applications, data base systems and network environments.
    • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in any science, business, engineering or technology discipline preferred; Combination of military training / education / specialized training / certifications and/or IT security or cyber security experience for a total of four (4) years can be substituted for the education requirement.
